June's Haiku

Halfway through forty
things look the same to me now
from a better view.

Beckie has 40tude.

Because having one blog that I don't post to regularly isn't enough.

I have been a Bill Phillips fan for years, even though my body doesn't show it. He should have his own show. I don't know why OPRAH doesn't like him; he's way more practical and wiser than Bob Greene is. Maybe he's to Zen for OPRAH..dunno. I don't get her anyway (another blog post one day).

So I've tried like a zillion times to complete Bill's Body for Life and now Transformation challenge. I've gone as far as 6 to 8 weeks on them. It's easy, practical, simple. So why do I never finish? I suppose it's because the voices in my head continue to talk me out of it. Don't really know why, and I don't really care anymore. I need to make a change now, NOW, NOW! I'm getting on my own nerves with this lack of follow-through. So I'll be posting photos and writing about my umpteenth attempt at transforming myself into who I think I am.

I have to live up to my license plate.

• Sudden noises

• Christmas
• Thank you cards
• Whistling
• Repeating myself
• Church/school productions
  
• Cats
• Social expectation of caring about the minutiae in other peoples' lives
• Mass emails telling me what kind of day to have
